Welcome to Version 1.11.0!

This update brings about some improvements to the EAT feature including simplified tracking and adjusting serving sizes based on physical activity.

Scroll down to read more about it!

1. SIMPLIFIED TRACKING

We want to simplify tracking nutrition as much as possible. To avoid the hassle of recording food in multiple categories, now if you record a serving of Fruit, VIIVIO will automatically add a serving of Healthy Carbohydrates to your profile. Similarly, if you record a serving of Nuts & Seeds, VIIVIO will automatically add a serving of Healthy Fats.

2. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY & SERVING SIZES

We’ve also added a feature that takes physical activity into account. If you exercise during the day, additional servings of carbohydrates, protein, fats, and water are added to your daily requirement to make sure you’re replenishing your body properly. See the images below for an example.

The image on the left shows the baseline nutrition requirements each day. The image on the right shows that after an active day (an hour and a half bike ride), the requirements for water, healthy fats, healthy carbohydrates, and healthy proteins all increased by two servings.

We hope you enjoy this update!

Make sure you have the latest version downloaded. You can do this by going to the App Store or if you want updates to download automatically, go to your iPhone Settings > Automatic Downloads > Turn on ‘App Updates’.

Thanks for being part of the VIIVIO community! Stay tuned for the next update.

Until then, keep using the app as much as possible, and as always, send us all of your questions, comments, and feedback to support@viiv.io.
