Version 14 is live!
We're happy to announce that Version 14 is now available!
We've cleaned up the sleep summary, improved the notification function, and did an overhaul on the calendar and history tracking. Here are some more details about what you can expect:
1. Improvements to HR and HRV Sleep Graphs
In the last version, we added in heart rate (HR) and heart rate variability (HRV) graphs as part of your sleep summary. In this update, we've smoothed out these graphs to make it easier for you to see your fluctuations in HR and HRV throughout the night.
You can now also zoom in on these graphs by clicking on the arrow icon in the top right corner or by tapping on the screen. Then to return to your sleep summary page, click on the 'x' in the top right corner.
2. Persistent app notifications
With this update, notifications now remain in VIIVIO until you open the App and read them. This way, you won't miss out on any Daily Focus tips or notifications about new blogs, podcasts, or upcoming events!
3. Calendar overhaul
Finally, we've done a calendar overhaul to make it more intuitive, easier to track your progress over time, and keep you consistent. Read about the importance of consistency here! If you have the Pro version, you have the ability to view your score history by clicking on the calendar icon in the top right corner of each pillar's summary page. You can choose to look back at a specific day, or look back on past weeks or months.
We've also made it easier for you to move between different time periods. For example, if you are looking at your score history for the past month but then want to look at a specific week, simply tap on the bar graph depicting that week and it will take you there.
To make it easier to track your progress and be consistent, the score history will display your VIIVIO score out of 10 for all pillars.
To make sure you have this update installed, go to the 'About VIIVIO' page in your settings and you should see the version number at the bottom (v1.1.4). If you don’t have the most up-to-date version, you can update VIIVIO via the app store, or check out this link that will explain how to set your apps to automatically update.
Version 15 is going to improve the Move function. Stay tune for that!
Until then, keep using the app as much as possible, and as always, send us all of your questions, comments, and feedback to support@viiv.io.
