Version 17 is live!

We're happy to announce that Version 17 is now available!

This update was a big overhaul on the Move function. We’ve added a bunch of new activities to choose from, activities are now organized by most recent on Apple watch, and we’ve added maximum heart rate, fastest pace, and elevation gain for outdoor activities.

Read below for more details.

1. Dive into summer with a slew of new activities to choose from!

We’ve added in a bunch of new activities to choose from in the Move section to give you a more accurate score. Remember that for optimal health and fitness you should be including the 4 “F”’s of Fitness into your weekly routine: Fit (aerobic training), Force (strength training), Fast (interval training), Flex (flexibility training). With these new exercises, you can accurately track all of your favourite activities! See the list of new activities below

2. Activities are organized by most recent on Apple Watch

With this update, your most recent exercises appear at the top of the activities list to make it easier and quicker to track your workout!

Conversely, if you don’t think you’re going to do an activity for a while and want to move it to the bottom of the list, simply swipe left and press on the ‘X’.

3. Learn about your maximum heart rate, fastest pace, and elevation gained

With this update, we’ve added a bunch of new data to give you more insight into your workouts. We’ve added maximum heart rate, fastest pace, and elevation gained (for certain exercises). We’ve also made the exercise summaries consistent across similar activities.
