Welcome to version 1.3.0!
This version has some awesome new MOVE features (and more!). Read about the major updates below.
1. Track dynamics for MOVE activities
You can now track dynamics for swimming, running, walking, and hiking activities:
Swimming Dynamics:
Average stroke rate (strokes/minute)
Average distance per stroke (metres)
Total freestyle distance (metres)
Total mixed stroke distance (metres)
Running, Walking, and Hiking Dynamics:
Average cadence (steps per minute)
Maximum cadence (steps per minute)
Average stride length (centimetres) - distance covered in two steps (one with each foot)
Average step length (centimetres) - distance covered in one step (one foot)
2. New Daily Focus Tips

We also added laps and splits for all GPS activities, and made some improvements to the MOVE graphs and Moving Time tracking for GPS activities.

To make sure you have this update installed, go to the 'About VIIVIO' page in your settings and you should see the version number at the bottom (v1.3.0). If you don’t have the most up-to-date version, you can update VIIVIO via the app store, or check out this link that will explain how to set your apps to automatically update.
